Data we use

The Free rehearsal stays in the current browser tab and is not sent to HostRead Checkpoint. Paid plans use a non-identifying placement title, channel and planned publish time, public-source URLs, sponsor facts, creator copy and disclosure, factual and producer decisions, capability hashes, and minimal event history needed to operate and secure one checkpoint.

Data that is not permitted

Do not enter legal names, personal contact details, audience or customer data, private campaign documents, contract or invoice terms, unpublished confidential claims, credentials, secrets, or source material that is not already public.

Purpose

We use the permitted data only to operate HostRead Checkpoint, secure access, support the product, and maintain a minimal operational record.

Retention and access

Free rehearsal entries disappear when the tab is closed unless the user downloads the local summary. Paid checkpoint records may be retained only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and meet legal obligations for the one-time service. Capability keys are not stored in plaintext.

Sharing

We do not sell participant data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate HostRead Checkpoint, or when required by law.
