Service

HostRead Checkpoint coordinates one sponsor-content handoff. It does not verify source truth, provide legal advice, approve platform eligibility, negotiate sponsorships, process sponsor-to-creator payments, or guarantee compliance, performance, or publication.

Plans and billing

Free costs $0 and requires no Checkout: Rehearse a sponsor fact, creator version, and producer release decision locally before inviting anyone. Limits: One facilitator uses all roles in one browser; entries are visible in the same tab and are not private between participants. No durable workspace, separate role keys, recovery, or official release packet. Starter costs $10.00 one-time with no renewal: Run one durable three-role checkpoint with one exact creator version and a producer release-or-hold decision. Limits: One durable checkpoint with up to three facts and one creator version. No revision cycle or downloadable official release packet. Pro costs $20.00 one-time with no renewal: Run the complete checkpoint with five facts, three creator versions, recovery, and a portable release packet. Limits: One complete durable sponsorship checkpoint.

Purchase cancellation

This is a one-time purchase and does not renew. There is no subscription to cancel.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable after a checkpoint workspace is automatically issued, except where a refund is required by law.

User responsibility

The workspace owner is responsible for following HostRead Checkpoint's product instructions, sharing access only with intended participants, and keeping all prohibited data out of the product.

Taxes

Taxes may apply depending on the transaction and jurisdiction. Any tax collected will be shown at Checkout. Stripe may support payment administration, but tax applicability and registration are separate matters.
